How It Works?
Step 1: Enquiry; Get in touch with your travel ideas, dates, and group size. We recommend a free 20 minutes call to understand fully your needs, where we will ask key questions. If you are not ready for a phone call, send us a WhatsApp message.
Step 2: Quote & Options; We’ll send you a tailored quote with options designed around your needs; usually 24 hours, longer for complex itineraries and groups.
Step 3: Booking & Protection; Once you’re happy, we’ll handle the booking, confirm all details, and ensure you’re covered with the right protection and insurance. Please do not forget to send us the picture of all passports.
Step 4: Travel Prep; You’ll receive confirmation of booking, branded documents, checklists. Closer to the travel date, we will take care of your flight check-in and make sure everything is in order.
Step 5: Support While You Travel; we’re just a message away—whether it’s a flight hiccup or a last-minute question, we’re here to help and support you.
What We Expect from You?
Open Communication Share your travel hopes, concerns, and preferences honestly—so we can tailor everything to suit you, and also what you don’t like in a holiday.
Timely Payments To confirm bookings and secure rates, we kindly ask that payments are made by the agreed deadlines. This helps us protect your plans and avoid delays.
Agreement to Booking Terms & Conditions Before confirming your trip, we’ll share our booking terms and conditions. We ask that you read and agree to these, so everything is clear and protected. We will also ask you to send us a picture of each traveller’s passport, so we can book hotels and flights.
Remember, when we do a quote, prices are live at the time of the quote and availability may vary.
Reassurance Every Step of the Way Your data is protected under GDPR—we only collect what’s needed and never share without consent.
